REFUND POLICY:

At FREE BALLERZ, we stand by our products like surfers stand by their boards - solid, honest, and built for the long ride.
If something’s not quite right, we’ll help make it right.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, and in original packaging.
• To request a return, email us at kookdit@freeballerz.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

• If you ordered the wrong product (for example, “Tropical” instead of “All Waters”), we’ll happily swap it.
• Exchanges are available for the same product type only.
• Email koodit@freeballerz.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange a reunify.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or not what you expected, please send a photo and your order number to kookdit@freeballerz.com within 7 days.

We’ll replace it - no stress, no hassle.

Refunds Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for it to appear on your account.
